Are you a driven, hands-on sales leader with a passion for Unified Communications and high-growth vendor partnerships? Do you thrive on closing deals, building powerful reseller networks, and coaching teams to deliver exceptional results?

At Leader Computers, we’re on a mission to become Australia’s first $1B+ truly national, privately-owned IT Distributor. As we continue to scale, we’re searching for an experienced Sales Lead to our Yealink & 3CX strategy — a role for someone who combines deep product knowledge with commercial focus and relentless execution.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of monthly sales targets and performance outcomes
  • Lead from the front — actively close high-value deals and develop strategic reseller relationships
  • Coach and manage a national team of Account Managers, BDMs, and Specialists
  • Personally drive sales activity — make 50+ high-value customer calls per day
  • Champion vendor growth strategies, especially for Yealink & 3CX
  • Run weekly sales reviews, pipeline health checks, and close gaps proactively
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to drive market share and solution uptake

Your Experience & Skills

  • Familiarity with 3CX, Yealink MTR, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to drive high-volume, high-value sales activity
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong tactical execution
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Experience coaching high-performing sales teams across multiple branches
