Role Objective:
As the Product Manager you will focus on Sales, Strategy & Marketing initiatives to drive growth for our vendors. The goal is to build relationships with our vendors to help them grow their market share in Australia through Leader’s unique distribution model and 45+ sales account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Collaborate with our 45+ account managers, branch managers, BDMs, and sales leads to focus on key account opportunities, growth opportunities, marketing ideas, and events to drive portfolio growth.
  • Strategy: Develop strategic plans for your product category to penetrate new market opportunities and verticals with sub-product categories such as Cybersecurity Solutions, LTE Technologies, and Power Solutions. Clear planning, strategic thinking, and determination to deliver outcomes are key.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct training/webinars for our team and channel partners to equip them with the knowledge to grow sales in Cyber, LTE, and Power Solutions. Confidence with public speaking and presentation skills is a must.
  • New Products: Manage new product launches to ensure we are first to market. Develop marketing collateral, launch materials, training, and stock orders before new product launches.
  • Gain Knowledge: Become certified in all vendor sales and technical certifications to become the subject matter expert for your category. Aim to become the “Go-To Person” for your products.
  • Relationships: Build relationships with key channel MSPs, Integrators, and Resellers throughout Australia. Travel interstate to visit partners and attend tradeshows and events every few months.
  • Product Planning & Stock Management: Own the product planning and stock management process. Ensure optimal stock levels by placing orders, managing inventory, and implementing programs to help partners sell through stock in the channel.
  • Reporting: Conduct reporting analysis, including customer group performance over periods, gap analysis, and vendor sales reporting.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions, LTE technologies, and power management products.
  • Experience with marketing, strategy, and training is sought after.
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Proven track record as a reliable employee.

As our Telco UC & SIP Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting clients with cutting-edge telecommunications solutions. We’re looking for a high-energy, motivated individual who lives for solving problems and building relationships. You’ll make 60-80 calls a day, turn complex telecommunications concepts into simple solutions, and deliver results that grow our market share in Unified Communications (UC) and SIP technologies.

This Adelaide-based role is all about attitude—a relentless problem-solving mindset and the drive to succeed are what set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Hammer out 60-80 outbound calls daily to uncover opportunities, pitch solutions, and seal the deal with clients. Team up with our 45+ account managers to fuel growth in key accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Break down intricate telecommunications topics—like Yealink, 3CX, SIP, Teams Calling, Hosted PBX, SMS, Mobile, Fibre, and Data services—into clear, compelling solutions that click with clients.
  • Problem Solving: Dive into client challenges with a proactive mindset, crafting answers that hit the mark and exceed expectations.
  • Relationship Building: Build rock-solid connections with clients, MSPs, integrators, and resellers across Australia, with occasional interstate travel for events and partner meetups.
  • Growth Mindset: Hunt for opportunities to expand our Telco portfolio and execute bold plans to break into new markets.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Hands-on experience with telecommunications solutions, including Yealink, 3CX, SIP, Teams Calling, Hosted PBX, SMS, Mobile, Fiber, and Data services—real-world know-how is what counts.
  • A high-octane personality with a self-starter attitude and a razor-sharp problem-solving edge.
  • The stamina to crush 60-80 calls a day and keep the fire burning.
