About the Role

As a Software Developer, you will play an important role in designing, developing, and enhancing business applications that support our operations across Australia. You’ll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and help deliver reliable solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement applications using C# and .NET Developer technologies.
• Maintain and enhance existing WinForms and ASP.NET applications.
• Develop and optimise SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Build new features and improve existing business systems.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
• Support internal users and maintain high application performance.
• Work independently while collaborating with the wider team on key initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Developer who enjoys solving problems, building reliable solutions, and continuously improving their technical skills. You’ll be someone who takes pride in writing quality code, enjoys collaborating with others, and is excited by the opportunity to make a real impact through technology.

With solid commercial software development experience, you will bring strong technical capability, a proactive and analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering effective solutions. You’ll enjoy working with a collaborative team, contributing ideas, and being involved in the full development lifecycle — from design and development through to testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement.

You will bring:

• 3+ years’ professional software development experience.
• 2+ years’ commercial experience developing with C#.
• Strong experience developing WinForms and ASP.NET applications.
• Experience and strong knowledge with both ASP.NET WebForms and MVC frameworks.
• Advanced SQL Server skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, database design, and optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• The ability to contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders across the business.
