We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled UC Specialist to support the growth of our Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) solutions business. This role combines technical delivery, pre-sales consulting, demonstrations, partner enablement, and customer training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with MSPs, resellers, and end customers across both technical and commercial discussions. Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and UC solutions.
• Assist partners and customers with deployment, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and recommend suitable UC solutions
• Prepare solution designs, bill of materials (BOMs), and technical recommendations
• Support the sales team with technical expertise during customer engagements
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept environments
• Perform remote and onsite commissioning of meeting room and collaboration solutions
• Run webinars, workshops, and certification sessions
• Work with vendors and distributors to resolve escalated technical issues
• Validate hardware compatibility, firmware, and network requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and changes in the field.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a UC, VoIP, networking, collaboration, or pre-sales engineering role.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployments and support
• Strong understanding of Unified Communications and collaboration technologie
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and architecture (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls)
• Strong Knowledge with Meeting Rooms / AV Solutions.
• Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Confident delivering live demos and training sessions
• Understanding of cloud communication technologies.
• Knowledge of security issues like encryption, authentication, and basic  firewall configuration
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in the field.
