UPS Pre-Sales Specialist – Power Infrastructure

High-energy pre-sales role for a true hunter driving UPS growth through outbound engagement and deal ownership.

About the Role

This is a high-intensity, growth-focused pre-sales role designed to accelerate revenue in UPS and power infrastructure.

We’re looking for a true hunter — someone who thrives on outbound activity, owns opportunities end-to-end, and takes personal accountability for results.

You’ll be proactively engaging existing registered resellers (dormant and under-penetrated), while also activating net-new resellers within our ecosystem. From first call to closed deal, you own it.

This role exists because the category is growing — and we want someone who can move fast, stay on top of deals, and convert opportunity into revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day engaging registered resellers to activate and re-activate UPS opportunities
  • Proactively hunt for new opportunities across power and UPS environments
  • Own opportunities from start to finish — identification, qualification, design, registration, quote, and close support
  • Monitor active deals closely to ensure momentum, follow-up, and closure
  • Prepare and submit deal registrations, pricing requests, and approvals
  • Design robust and fit-for-purpose UPS configurations, including capacity sizing, runtime requirements, and redundancy considerations
  • Deliver fast, accurate quotes with a SLA on response time
  • Balance speed, technical accuracy, and aggressive follow-up to win deals
  • Track pipeline, activity, and outcomes against individual revenue KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions roles within UPS, power, or infrastructure
  • Comfortable with high outbound call volumes and proactive partner engagement
  • Strong understanding of UPS configuration, power protection, and runtime considerations
  • Proven ability to hunt, progress, and close opportunities
  • Confident managing deal registrations and commercial processes
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through
  • Motivated by revenue ownership and commission
  • Clear communicator who can influence partners and internal stakeholders
