What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build & Innovate – Help design and develop new software and websites that will support our growing IT distribution business.
• Maintain & Enhance – Support existing applications and websites by troubleshooting and implementing new features.
• Collaborate & Grow – Work closely with a passionate and supportive team, while also having the opportunity to tackle projects independently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Skills – Exposure to C#, WinForms, ASP.NET (Webforms/MVC), and solid understanding of **MS SQL Server** (writing SQL queries, stored procedures).
• WinForms Experience – Minimum 2+ years of WinForms experience is required.
• ASP.NET Experience – Minimum 2+ years of ASP.NET experience is required.
• ASP.NET Framework Requirements – Experience in both ASP.NET Webforms and MVC is required.
• C# Experience – Minimum 2+ years of C# programming experience is required.
• SQL Server Proficiency – Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server is essential.
• Front-End Skills – Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery is a plus!
• Problem Solvers – Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve issues.
• Team Player – Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support and learn from others.
• Proactive Learners – Eager to grow your skills and expand your knowledge.
• Work Authorisation – Australian work rights are required for this position.
• Experience Requirements – Minimum of 3+ years of total software development experience is required.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):

• Experience or interest in **AI/ML** technologies.
• Familiarity with creating or utilizing APIs.
• Pivot Table Reports experience.
• Mobile or web services development knowledge.
