What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive monthly revenue targets through structured partner enablement and activation initiatives
  • Proactively engage reseller partners through regular outbound activity (50+ calls per day) to identify, progress, and support sales opportunities
  • Conduct monthly 1:1 enablement check-ins with each Account Manager to review:
    • Active opportunities and pipeline
    • Partner conversations and objections
    • Field feedback and enablement gaps
  • Deliver structured enablement activities, including:
    • 1x in-person partner workshop per month
    • 1x national webinar per month
  • Conduct live, hands-on demonstrations of AI-ready laptops and desktops, targeting 5 in-person demos per week, clearly articulating:
    • AI capabilities and productivity benefits
    • Performance and use-case differentiation
    • Commercial value for business customers
  • Lead partner education around AI-enabled endpoint devices, translating technical capability into practical, saleable outcomes
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement programs that improve partner confidence, engagement, and conversion
  • Create practical enablement assets including training guides, sales tools, and supporting content
  • Leverage sales knowledge of AI tools and automation (including GPT-based platforms) to:
    • Streamline reporting and workflows
    • Improve internal and partner communications
    • Support content creation, editing, proofing, and publishing across social, PR, and news updates
  • Gather partner and field feedback to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and enablement effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure aligned execution and consistent partner messaging
  • Track enablement activity, engagement, and revenue impact to continuously optimise performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales enablement, inside sales, partner management, or a commercial-facing role
  • Comfortable with high outbound engagement and structured partner interaction
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, webinars, and live demos
  • Experience using AI tools, automation, or GPT-based platforms for business applications such as:
    • Reporting and analysis
    • Workflow automation
    • Streamlining communications
    • Content editing, proofing, and publishing
  • Commercial mindset — you understand enablement exists to drive revenue outcomes
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively with sales teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Highly organised, energetic, and comfortable working to clear activity expectations
  • Exposure to endpoint devices, modern workplace solutions, or AI-enabled PCs is highly regarded
