Office Administrator (Part Time)

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and loves being the go‑to person who keeps everything on track. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-2.30pm

You’ll be working closely with Service Manager and supporting both our customers and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Front‑of‑house customer service including walk‑in enquiries, pickup orders, RA returns, and EFTPOS payments.
  • Processing price adjustments for Account Managers.
  • Receipting TI’s and vendor purchases after verification by the Receiving team.
  • Investigating and correcting transfer discrepancies to ensure accurate stock movement.
  • Assigning connotes for Capital deliveries in BUS twice daily.
  • Completing and emailing SLA/overseas forms for international customers.
  • Processing credits for cancelled orders (with stock checks completed by warehouse staff).
  • Providing PODs to customers when required.
  • Maintaining office amenities including coffee, tea, milk, and customer treats.
  • Keeping the office tidy, organised, and presentable at all times.
  • Preparing the training room and organising refreshments for customer training sessions.
