 The Opportunity

This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to build a strong foundation in IT sales. You’ll be part of our Long Tail Channel Business, making 50+ outbound calls per day, while being fully trained and supported by experienced mentors.

No experience required—just the right attitude and a drive to succeed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller accounts
  • Drive outbound call activity to generate sales opportunities
  • Learn and promote IT products tailored to customer needs
  • Provide exceptional service and collaborate with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and follow sales processes in our CRM
  • Support warehouse, warranty and dispatch teams where needed
  • Work towards KPIs and contribute to growth targets

About You (Our Ideal Junior A Player)

  • Located in QLD with a valid driver’s licence (essential)
  • Basic understanding of IT products is a plus
  • Friendly, confident phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
