We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated Microsoft Teams Room Sales BDM to join our winning team at Leader!

 

Job Description

As a Microsoft Teams Room Sales BDM, you will be a vital link in identifying potential customers, generating business opportunities, and perform a strategic plan in the development of new MTR business, to grow revenue and position Leader as No1 Yealink MTR provider. You will work closely with the representatives/specialists from our technology vendors (Microsoft, Yealink MTR) and report directly to the UC Manager.

What You Do / Key responsibilities:

  • To perform a strategic plan in the development of new MTR business, to grow revenue and position Leader as No1 Yealink MTR provider
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools
  • Secure each account by developing strong relationships, ensuring multiple key points of contact across different levels within the corporate reseller
  • Assisting customers via the telephone, anticipating allocation of stock for fulfillment, providing forecasts for stock orders
  • Ensuring monthly/quarterly sales targets are consistently achieved through cross-selling (key accounts in MSP/Ubiquiti and other product groups) & up-selling
  • Proactively making callouts to key accounts on special promotions to increase revenue achievement.
  • Analysing potential new business, market opportunities & initiating customer contact to pursue opportunities.
  • Reporting on a monthly basis regarding development of key accounts, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats.

What You Bring / Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Selling role for audio-visual collaboration and unified communication products and services
  • Proven B2B sales and customer service/consulting experience in SaaS/Managed Services., with at least 1-year experience cold calling.
  • Knowledgeable in complex solutions sales cycles and broad understanding of end-to-end solutions to enterprise, education and government clients and we deliver at every point of the client relationship from project inception through to design, delivery, ongoing service and support.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM software – Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Licensing and Microsoft Licensing programs, as well as core knowledge across non-Microsoft vendor programs.
  • Proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Relevant IT certifications: Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, SC-900 etc..) are preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written & communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, work under stress, and handle pressure in emergencies.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, close sales.

Duties will include:

Skills and experience

  • To be successful you must have the following:
    · Warehouse experience
    · Be physically fit for manual lifting tasks and ability to lift heavy and bulky items
    · Have good time management skills

    · Strong work ethic, honest, reliable, and committed

Availability to start from 9 am to 5-30pm.

Salary: $46,848.00 – $68,203.00 per year
