Product Manager — Cybersecurity, LTE & Power Solutions

Role objective

Drive vendor growth and market share across Australia by owning Sales, Strategy, and Marketing initiatives for Cybersecurity, LTE, and Power product categories. You’ll partner with our national sales team to create demand, enable partners, and deliver first‑to‑market launches.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales enablement: Work with 45+ account managers, branch managers, BDMs, and sales leads to identify key accounts, growth opportunities, and campaign ideas to increase portfolio revenue.
  • Category strategy: Create and execute strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and sub‑product markets. Deliver clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Training & enablement: Design and deliver webinars, workshops, and sales training for internal teams and channel partners. Confident public speaking and presentation skills required.
  • New product launches: Lead go‑to‑market planning: collateral, launch materials, training, and stock readiness to ensure we’re first to market.
  • Vendor & partner relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, integrators, and resellers across Australia. Regular interstate travel for partner visits and events.
  • Product planning & inventory: Own forecasting, ordering, and stock management to maintain optimal inventory and support channel sell‑through.
  • Reporting & analysis: Produce performance reports, gap analyses, and vendor sales insights to inform strategy and actions.
  • Technical mastery: Achieve vendor sales and technical certifications to act as the subject matter expert for your category.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience with cybersecurity solutions, LTE technologies, or power management products.
  • Product management, marketing, or strategy experience highly regarded.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation and training skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience in reporting/forecasting.
  • Reliable, proactive, and collaborative team player who can build relationships across sales and channel partners.
  • Previous Product Manager experience is an advantage.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated UC / VoIP Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of VoIP and UC technologies and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. The UC Support Engineer will be responsible for providing support to our clients, configuring, and maintaining PBX , and assisting with the implementation of new projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets where an understanding of the SIP protocol, platform architecture, NBN, Network, and carriers is required.
  • Provide technical support across various UC products, i.e., 3CX, Yealink, Fanvil, Grandstream, SNOM, Sennheiser, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PBX systems.
  • Provide Remote assistance to partners and onsite Techs.
  • Assist with the Scoping & Implementation of new VoIP projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new VoIP technologies and changes in the field.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Desirable experience with one or more Wholesale Telco providers providing pre-sales advice to clients.
  • Strong knowledge with 3CX or similar PBX platform.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and architecture (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls).
  • Strong Knowledge of PBX systems, installation, configuration, and management.
  • Knowledge of NBN technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Calling.
  • Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP, and RTCP).
  • Understanding of cloud communication technologies and how they are used in VoIP solutions.
  • Knowledge of security issues and solutions related to VoIP (encryption, authentication, and firewall configuration).
