UC Commercial Support Assistant

Location: Adelaide, CBD

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performance operator to support and drive growth across our Unified Communications (UC) portfolio & assist in daily operational tasks.

This is not a traditional support role. You’ll on the frontline of sales, product, and partner engagement — assisting with ordering, transfers, pre-sales, quoting, deal-reg, licence renewals, and UC customer engagement.

You’ll work closely with Product Manager and Sales team to ensure we are the fastest, most competitive, and easiest distributor to do business with in UC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Deal Execution

  • Deliver fast, accurate quotes across UC solutions (hardware, licensing, bundled deals)
  • Support Account Managers with deal structuring, pricing & margin optimisation
  • Assist in positioning UC, VoIP, AV & collaboration solutions to partners
  • Manage vendor deal registrations for Channel Partners

Licensing, Renewals & Pipeline

  • Manage UC licence renewals (3CX, Yealink, Zulyts & more)
  • Identify and drive renewal opportunities with the sales teams
  • Maintain clean tracking of quotes, deals, and pipeline activity
  • Ensure zero leakage across renewals and recurring revenue

Product & Operational Execution

  • Support Product Manager on pricing, stock, ETA accuracy, and product data

  • Assist with special orders, transfers, and stock planning

UC Growth & Commercial Impact

UC Specialist

Location: Melbourne, Clayton South

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled UC Specialist to support the growth of our Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) solutions business. This role combines technical delivery, pre-sales consulting, demonstrations, partner enablement, and customer training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with MSPs, resellers, and end customers across both technical and commercial discussions. Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms technologies is highly desirable.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and UC solutions.
  • Assist partners and customers with deployment, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and recommend suitable UC solutions
  • Prepare solution designs, bill of materials (BOMs), and technical recommendations
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise during customer engagements
