The SaaS Product Manager drives the growth and management of LEADER’s SaaS portfolio — 10+ vendors spanning our full SaaS offering. It’s a creative, commercially minded role focused on building complementary solution bundles, accelerating recurring-revenue growth, and owning vendor relationships, programs and go-to-market end to end.
You’ll be central to scaling LEADER’s SaaS business: identifying offerings that complement each other and our Microsoft Cloud stack, packaging them into compelling propositions, and working creatively across sales, marketing, operations and vendors to deliver predictable, measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the SaaS portfolio — Own the growth and commercial management of 10+ SaaS vendors; identify, onboard and ramp new SaaS offerings that complement the existing portfolio and the Microsoft Cloud stack.
- Drive vendor management — Manage vendor relationships end to end — programs, incentives, MDF / co-op funding, rate cards, quarterly business reviews and forward funding — maximising vendor program ROI.
- Build complementary solutions & bundles — Work creatively to package SaaS offerings into complementary cross-sell and upsell bundles that increase attach rates and grow partner wallet share.
- Drive growth campaigns & GTM — Partner with marketing, sales and vendors on integrated campaigns, lead nurturing and enablement that convert pipeline and grow recurring revenue.
- Enable sales & partners — Equip the sales team and resellers with positioning, training and tools across the full SaaS portfolio, and coordinate vendor-specific events and enablement.
- Reporting & insight — Track portfolio performance, vendor ROI, attach rates and recurring revenue; forecast and report outcomes to the Cloud Business Manager.

- Strong, sustained year-on-year growth across the SaaS vendor portfolioand recurring revenue
- 10+ SaaS vendors actively managed, with new complementary offerings launched and ramped
- Vendor funding secured, managed and fully acquitted; vendor programs and incentives fully utilised
- Growing cross-sell and solution attach rates across the partner base
- A scalable SaaS go-to-market playbook adopted across sales, operations and marketing
About You
You are a commercially minded product, vendor or portfolio manager with hands-on experience in the SaaS or cloud channel. You are creative and growth-focused — you enjoy building bundles, campaigns and new propositions, and you take ownership of revenue, pipeline growth and return on investment.
You will bring strong vendor relationship and program management skills, ideally including MDF or co-op funding programs, and you’re a confident multitasker and finisher who sees projects through. Familiarity with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure and Microsoft 365) and a broad range of SaaS platforms would be highly regarded. Above all, you’re an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating across sales, marketing and operations to achieve shared goals.
