About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, adaptable person to work with our Accounts and Cloud teams, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer account administration
  • Operational/ Billing maintenance
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Credit card charging monthly
  • Chasing payments for overdue debts, liaison with customers
  • Preparation of statements for customers
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Credit note preparation
  • Drive innovation and efficiency of processes in the receivables department

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Great previous experience in a similar type role.
  • You must have good computer literacy including Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and numeric accuracy.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • A high level of accountability and ownership.
  • A high level of initiative, pro-activeness and positive attitude.
  • A great work ethic with a can-do attitude and a strong customer services focus.
  • The ability to speak Chinese will be an advantage.
